Meet Chad Barlow

Meet Chad Barlow

Chad was born and raised in Northern Colorado into a Christian home, although he did not get saved until he was 26 years old. Before Christ, Chad lived for himself and sought satisfaction in all the things of the world. The sport of track and field was a huge part of his past, and Chad pursed his value and worth through his performance in the sport. As with many athletes, Chad’s plan was to “go pro” in the sport and be an Olympic gold medalist, but God had other plans. Upon graduation from University of Oregon, Chad did not “go pro” and became extremely depressed. He then moved to Grand Junction, where he experienced God’s radical grace and got saved, met his wife, and got married!

Soon after Chad’s salvation, he experienced a deep aspiration for pastoral ministry and has been in ministry since 2014. Chad got involved in the Crossway Network in 2019, when he became the Pastoral Intern at our sister church in Fort Collins, The Crossing. Chad has been at Windsor Community Church since January 1, 2022, and been a pastor at the church since August 2023. Chad loves being a pastor at Windsor Community Church; he loves people and loves preaching and teaching God’s Word. When Chad is not doing the work of the ministry, you can find him spending time with his wife Audrey and their three kids, Zeke, Kallie, and Ada. Chad can also be found playing ice hockey, “Crossfitting”, or really doing anything active, or reading a book about theology or preaching. If you are new to our church, Chad would love to meet you, please come say hi anytime!
